Abstract

This article discusses socio-psychological assistance not only as a set of various methods of correctional and developmental service, but also as a complex technology and a unique culture of helping students in solving problems of professional competence. Social and psychological assistance in systematizing the professional competencies of a future specialist is multi-level, as well as interaction factor. The problematic aspect in this work is the totality of individual essential needs of the subject of educational services; the above issues determine its self-realization. The work of socio-psychological assistance is aimed at changing the attitudes of subjects, creating conditions for the formation of professional competence. It is carried out on the basis of self-development in the existing professional environment, which allows the graduate to work at a high level of professional activity and become a competitive professional in the modern labor market.
